* Requires submission of applicable forms prior to participation. All payments must be in be made in full with cash or card at Wallace Creek Fitness Center prior to service.

4 Week Program ($200)

- Includes (8) one-on-one in-person coaching sessions useable over a 6 week period.

- Great for those wanting to establish a solid base before undertaking more strenuous activity.

8 Week Program ($360)

- Includes (16) one-on-one in-person coaching sessions useable over a 12 week period.

- For those who want to take performance to the next level and ensure lasting results.

Progressive fitness programming based on individual needs with emphasis on multiple aspects of fitness including strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.
